Print PageMy name is Michael Buckley and I want to tell you a story about myself and the company I built.
Back in 1995 I came to a conclusion that there needed to be someone somewhere who would make bio-identical hormones available to people so that they had a chance to use hormones that matched, exactly, the chemicals that their own bodies manufactured.
Although, at that time, there was no ultra-conclusive evidence that bio-identical hormones were superior or safer than the synthetic hormones on the market (there is now overwhelming evidence of this), it seemed obvious to me that the hormones we were born with were the best that could ever be available!
In line with those beliefs and as a fully qualified pharmacist, I decided to change the direction my career was taking and concentrate exclusively on understanding the role and effectiveness of bio-identical hormones.
During the years that have passed since that day I have funded research programs and clinical trials, talked to thousands of medical professionals, researchers, patients, suffers, policy advisors and decision makers. I have attended more conferences that I can remember, read and continue to read as much as I can on the subject of bio-identical hormones and traveled worldwide to learn as much as I can and to uncover the truth.
Once I was totally convinced as to the superiority of bio-identical hormones over their synthetic alternatives I started a company (Lawley Pharmaceuticals) to manufacture pharmaceutical grade bio-identical hormone creams (much higher quality than compounded products) for use by pharmacies, doctors, hospitals and suffers themselves.
I now work with a team who are totally dedicated to ensuring we offer the best bio-identical hormone products in the world (Lawley Pharmaceuticals is the ONLY pharmaceutical company in the world licensed by their government to sell bio-identical hormones worldwide).
